Then imagine that same women entering into a treatment center that only offers a 30-day or 60-day stay to address years of trauma and negative experiences. We fear this leads to opportunities for relapse into the same life that tore them apart in the first place. Dusty Daisy Ranch, Inc. is built on integrity, honesty, and loyalty. We value true healing and restoration comes from a culture of trust, accountability, humility, and open communication. The women seeking this are not taken advantage of, or seen as a paycheck to provide opportunity.

The principles setting Dusty Daisy Ranch, Inc. apart are:

  • providing employment after coming out of trafficking, domestic violence, and/or addiction situations round-the-clock opportunities for trauma-informed therapy;

  • wellness and health coaching;

  • life skills coaching;

  • financial literacy and independence

  • Christ-like acceptance, care, and non judgment (however, religion is not forced upon anyone and all are welcome regardless of any singular belief system)

  • a board of directors with professional legal and financial advisors, leaders, and most importantly, survivors

  • safety and isolation for attendees to protect them for their abusers, traffickers, dealers, and other negative influencers

  • a community of love, support, work ethic, encouragement, and positive skill-building

Trafficking is estimated to be a $150 billion industry where 24.9 million people are victims of some type of forced labor (ILO, 2017). We believe those numbers are inaccurate and actually much higher. But it all starts with one person standing up to say, "You are worthy and we can help."
